Who we are

Think of us as your internal accountant; we handle (nearly) everything. For example: accounting system setup, payroll, sales tax, reconciliations, bill payments, invoicing, financial statements, one-on-one financial analysis.

If you have an office manager who knows accounting, we can help them as well. We’ve found this relationship works well with minimal, monthly consulting to make sure everything is in place at month end.

Our tools

Xero, QBO, Gusto, Bill.com, Shopify, Cin7, Expensify, Stripe, Slack, Harvest. This list goes on. Nearly all software integrate with each other and we help make them work. Our experience is impressive.

What we don’t do

Income tax returns, tax planning, tax advice. Sorry, it’s just not our specialty. But we can connect you to someone in our network. If you already have a tax accountant, even better. As CPA’s, we know how to talk accounting and can seamlessly interface with them to provide year-end information or implement tax strategies.
